Dear Serv00 Administrator,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize regarding the recent block on my account due to "Account blocked: proxy", and to humbly request that my account be restored.
First and foremost, I want to be completely transparent: I was using HAProxy on my account, which triggered the block. I genuinely did not realize that HAProxy falls under the category of prohibited proxy software in your Terms of Service. In my understanding at the time, I was using it purely as a local TCP/database connection load balancer — specifically to forward internal database service ports — and I mistakenly did not consider it a "proxy" in the traditional sense (such as a VPN or traffic-forwarding proxy for bypassing restrictions).
I want to make it clear:
I was not attempting to circumvent any network restrictions or abuse your infrastructure.
I was not aware that HAProxy's use constituted a TOS violation on Serv00.
My intention was solely for personal database service management, not for any commercial proxy service or malicious purpose.
I take full responsibility for this mistake. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse, and I sincerely regret that my actions — however unintentional — violated your policies and placed a burden on your systems. I have already removed HAProxy and will ensure that no similar software is used going forward. I commit to thoroughly reviewing your Terms of Service to ensure full compliance in all future usage.
I genuinely value my Serv00 account and the excellent hosting environment you provide. I would be deeply grateful if you could consider unblocking my account, and I am fully willing to cooperate with any additional requirements or corrective measures you may deem necessary.
Thank you sincerely for your time, patience, and understanding. I truly appreciate the opportunity to appeal and hope to continue being a compliant and responsible user of your platform.
Warm regards,
