I’m very sorry to bother you, but I’m writing to kindly ask if you could please review my account and, if possible, unblock it.
My server/account appears to have been suspended for a TOS violation. I honestly didn’t realize that I had violated the terms, and I’m quite confused and worried because I only used the server for a simple personal promotional website. I did not run any other services, spam, malicious activities, or anything intended to cause problems.
