I’m writing to sincerely apologize for the recent violation of your Terms of Service regarding the use of VPN, proxy, or tunneling on my account. I fully understand now that such services are not allowed on your platform, and I regret not having caught this earlier.
To give you some context: after my account was previously blocked due to proxy usage, I immediately adjusted my rules and removed any explicit proxy settings for Serv00. However, it seems that some default rules may have still redirected certain requests through a proxy without my awareness. I’ve since gone through my rule list carefully and forced all Serv00 traffic to connect directly via plain IP, so I believe the issue should now be resolved.
