Request for Account Unblocking (RK5542)

I am writing to kindly request reconsideration for the suspension of my account (RK5542, email: liwh5542@gmail.com), which was suspended in March 2025 due to high-frequency proxy usage.
I want to sincerely clarify that this issue arose unintentionally. As I was inexperienced in deployment, I mistakenly configured the proxy software to listen on 0.0.0.0 instead of 127.0.0.1. This incorrect configuration unintentionally allowed external traffic to use my server as a proxy, which I absolutely did not intend.
As soon as I noticed abnormal activity and unusual resource consumption, I investigated immediately, identified the error, and promptly reconfigured the listener correctly to 127.0.0.1. Unfortunately, shortly after correcting this mistake, my account was suspended.
Moreover, I noticed that the explicit prohibition against proxy software was introduced into the service terms on April 2, 2025, while my suspension occurred in March 2025.
I fully respect and understand the updated terms, and I assure you that I will strictly comply moving forward. Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you reconsider my account suspension, as this incident resulted entirely from a genuine configuration mistake rather than any malicious intent.
