Subject: Request to Review Account Ban
Hello Admins,
My account was recently banned for “using proxy, random binary file names, and multiple accounts.” I believe this might be a misunderstanding.
Regarding the proxy usage, I connect from a network environment that sometimes uses dynamic IPs or routing services, which may look like a proxy. I did not intentionally use any proxy to bypass rules.
For the “random binary file names,” these were files generated or named by my scripts/tools for testing purposes, not for any malicious activity.
As for “multiple accounts,” I only use my own account and do not share it with others. If there was any confusion due to IP changes or network overlap, it was unintentional.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you I will strictly follow all rules in the future. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider restoring my account.
