Panel 4 cannot be accessed directly in China with a browser, but panels 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 can be accessed directly.
If you want to access panel 4, you must hang the VPN. Is this a Chinese restriction or a panel restriction? Can panel 4 go to other panels?
