During the registration process, it consistently shows that my email has already been registered, but I'm quite certain that I've never registered before. I've tried several different email addresses one after another, and each time, I'm met with the same message indicating they're already registered. I have never used this product before; could it be because I was using a VPN? However, even after disabling the VPN, I still can't register, regardless of how many email addresses I try; it persistently claims they're already in use.If I had indeed registered before, I should be able to retrieve my password through the password recovery process, but when I attempt to do so, it indicates that my email address is not registered.
