I encountered a connection timeout error while trying to log in to SSH. I pinged four servers separately, but only server s1 experienced this issue. It seems that the IP address was blocked by GFW(Great Wall Firewall). Can you try changing the SSH server IP?
s1 server ssh issues
We don't change IP addresses of these servers. You can use another available IP address on the server (visible under hosts cache1.serv00.net, web1.serv00.net).
Oh, thank you. Other IPs are indeed available. I hope I didn't disturb you
But how should I access the website? It seems that sanlian114514.serv00.net has also been blocked
If the IP 31.186.83.254 (default IP for websites on server s1) is blocked, you can contact the authorities of your country to have the IP removed from the blocked list.

Is there a way to migrate my account to another server?

sanlian114514 Visit this page:https://panel1.serv00.com/ssl/www
You will see two different IPs(I don't know if you can also see two IPs but I can. To tell you the truth, I am using the #2 server.), one of them is the IP that is certainly blocked. If you have your own domain, parse your domain to another IP that is not blocked. This is a solution I recently found. However, if you don't have your own domain, or all the IPs are blocked, then you still need a proxy.
sanlian114514 No, you need to move your data to another server manually.

yucho I do have a domain name hosted on Cloudflare, but how can I resolve it to another IP? (Mainly because I still have services to access, but this only allows me to access the website)
