I used pre-configured remote commands to auto-restart services, attempting to maintain uptime for my applications.
When unable to access my services, I mistakenly believed it was a Serv00 issue and repeatedly executed these commands, unaware of the CLI policy violation.
Later investigation revealed the root cause was DNS configuration errors at my domain registrar, unrelated to Serv00.
