I got a "403 Website Blocked" message when I tried to access one of my sites hosted here. It says that my website violated the terms of service but I host few websites: Fossil, Oddmuse (Perl-based wiki engine) with CGI, and Miniflux (RSS reader). I would like to know which services or websites trigger a ToS violation and pleased to disable services and websites that may trigger a Terms of Service violation. Although I hope it's just false positive. Thanks.

Hi! My account got recently blocked due to TOS. May it be probably due to the bot hosting or file hoster (which I don't use anymore)? Could you please explain further why did it got banned and how can I prevent this misunderstanding next time? I may also request unblocking to re-access data and for hosting my websites aswell. @admin I understand it may take time managing the servers but the amount of waiting to unblock an account are becoming humongous and at this point I'm not believing waiting without doing any further ado is gonna make it as I expected.
I apologize, but I am attempting to bring your attention over to let me know if something is possible. Hello Support Team,while testing a Node.js application, I accidentally caused a severe memory overflow and hit the process limit (21/20). Currently, my RAM usage is stuck at 1.6GB (300%+), and my account is locked. I cannot log in via SSH or stop the processes through the panel.
