                          dishao So you must be making a mistake, perhaps you are manually typing the password with an error or without capital letters (case sensitivity matters).

                                        dishao So you must be making a different mistake; perhaps you're connecting to the wrong server where the account is located (currently running servers are: s0.serv00.com and s1.serv00.com).
