My account has been blocked due to an automatic blockade, and I believe it may be because I have not logged into the account recently. I understand that according to your policy, accounts need to be accessed regularly to remain active.

My account (username: yaihaniks, host: s9.serv00.com) has been blocked due to proxy usage. I acknowledge that I initially used the account as a proxy but was unaware this violated the Terms of Service. I have since used it exclusively for my subscription checking system, which performs legitimate API calls.
I sincerely apologize for this violation and respectfully request account reinstatement. I assure you the account will not be used as a proxy going forward.
If reinstatement is not possible, I kindly request access to retrieve my files containing user data and source code, as I do not have backups. You may then proceed with account deletion.

To be honest, I was a newbie and didn't know how to use the host properly, so I searched on Bing app. I found a lot of tutorials about proxies on Serv00, so I downloaded those files to try.
But the tutorials were too technical and complicated for me. I messed around for a long time but I couldn't understand how to configure them, so I couldn't get them to run at all. I eventually gave up and just left the files there because I forgot to clean them up.
Please give me a chance. I promise I will delete all those files immediately after I log in. I only want to run my Node.js app now and I will follow the rules.
