Hello admin.
I don't know when my account was disabled. Last night I was still logged into my account in my area. This morning I realized my account was disabled.
When I try to log in, I am prompted to enter an incorrect username or password. When I try to reset my password, the system displays "Error!", and prompts that the domain has been disabled. I think it may have been a violation of the TOS by logging into the host frequently yesterday
I was just trying to build a website and was not spreading or sharing it. I promise to follow the rules and regulations in the future and use my account correctly. I hope you can give me a chance to unlock my account.

admin Well i do not want to complain, but just ask what part of the ToS was violated and if it is possible to get at least a backup of the data ( a bonus would static placeholder page on the exact domains) .

xiaoleixu Recall what you were running on our server. Then review the TOS and see how it aligns with the regulations.
