Dear serv00 Administrators/Moderators,
I am writing to respectfully appeal the suspension of my serv00 account (username:leebro, server: s0.serv00.com), which was blocked due to a Terms of Service violation citing the use of a VPN/proxy/tunneling service.
I sincerely apologize for this oversight. At the time, I was unaware that even accessing the control panel via a VPN was against the Terms of Service. I now fully understand that any use of VPNs, proxies, or tunneling software is strictly prohibited, and I deeply regret my mistake.
I have been a registered user of serv00 for over four years and have always appreciated the excellent service and support the platform provides. As a long-time fan of the platform, I truly value the ability to host my personal projects with you.
I have taken the time to carefully read and understand the recent official announcement made between April 2 and April 6, 2025. I am fully aware that the use of certain software—such as proxy/VPN/tunneling tools, AList, Nezha monitoring, Hikka, and mismatched or randomly named binaries—is strictly prohibited. I do not and will not use any of these on my account, and I will ensure all files comply with your policies.
Additionally, I understand the updated Terms of Service which now explicitly prohibit:
Automatic account registration
Holding multiple accounts
The previous requirement of logging into the control panel every 90 days for renewal
I will strictly follow all these rules moving forward.
This account means a lot to me, and I would be sincerely grateful if you could consider my apology and reinstate my access.
