How to temporarily disable website / clear RAM / upgrade RAM

Hello,

I've accidently wrote a looping function where my server's RAM is stuck at 91% and wont go off anywhere and the website is inaccessible. How can I clear RAM? Is there any way how to buy more RAM with cryptocurrency?
(Edit: it has lasted over a hour and it wont end.)

JesusIsReal You can log in to the account via SSH and kill a process. Process list: ps aux, killing a process:kill -9 PID, where PID is the process number.
