As I can see in the logs, you didn't try to add a subdomain within your subdomain; you attempted to add "watchfresh.serv00.net".
According to the responses you received, you can add a subdomain within your subdomian, not within the domain serv00.net. So, you won't add randomname.serv00.net, but only randomname.youraccountlogin.serv00.net.
