CORS no longer working in my app.

I have a node express app that has been running smoothly for a long time, a year or more. Suddenly it stopped working a few days ago and I traced the problem to a CORS failure during preflight OPTIONS request. In particular the response headers no longer contain "Access-Control-Allow-Origin" or "Access-Control-Allow-Methods" headers. It appears that Phusion Passenger is not passing those through. Did something change with Phusion Passenger recently? I have not found a workaround. Do I have access to Phusion Passenger configuration? Is there any way to run node without Phusion Passenger? Please advise.

i just checked preflight Response Headers they added

Same thing and why we needed this Anubis crap? We worked without it perfectly, i loved srrv00.net, cuz its much easier then any other webhostings and its free
