I can't connect to SSH

It either doesn't accept my password, or I sometimes can't connect at all. I tried changing my password but that didn't work. How can I fix this?

Check if you are logging in with the credentials for the hosting account panel and not the FTP account. Failed login attempts result in IP blocking. The unblocking form is linked in the contact section on our website.

For me it's the same. I go to https://www.serv00.com/ip_unban/ and unban myself but still can't connect to FileZilla or even WinSCP since yesterday.

Yesterday I was able to log in a maximum of 3 or 5 times. After that it didn't work at all, neither with new login data or anything else. I can no longer establish a connection to the FTP.

wantet to add now it works and i hop it stays can now login fia winscp but filezilla still not work but for now im happy xD

Xalganos Check in FileZilla what type of connection you are selecting and what data you provide.
If you are selecting FTPS (not to be confused with SFTP), make sure to provide the credentials of the FTP account created in the hosting panel and the correct FTPS type.
