TOS Clarification

I hope this is the right subforum to ask this.

The TOS says: anything other than: website hosting, GIT / SVN / HG repositories is banned

What if I were to host a bunch of API for my SaaS? For the initial trial phase, I want to test out my ideas and concepts to check whether my ideas are viable or not.

I want to take a bit longer time than AWS offers, i.e. 12 months, and I need to use D + Go - so serv00 is a natural choice. Of course, in the SaaS app, i'll add a shoutout : "proudly supported by Serv00"

Will such a thing violate the TOS?
and, if i am reaching limits of free tire, would I get a reminder? Thanks.

synlir No, it won't violate the ToS.
We don't send reminders, but the limits are soft (you can use more resources from time to time).

admin Admin I'm just trying to create an account on serv00 but all the times it says "Server limit full! Try later" I'm trying from last 1-2 weeks but accounts are not registered. Please let me inform when it resolved. I want urgent. Please consider my problem and fix it. Even I have checked in panels there is new panel updated "Panel16" But still accounts not registering.
