I tried to unblock my ip of s15 by https://www.serv00.com/ip_unban ,but it's not work. There is no response after the button is pressed.

And now s15 is not reachable by ping, it seems that there is an issue with the machine or its network.

The IP 65.21.206.16 SSH works fine, the issue is only with the IP 65.21.206.30 and the domain s15.serv00.com.

Yes, there is a network issue with s15. I have successfully established an SSH connection through the .16 IP, but as you can see:
