I need help with access to my email account.

I can not sign into my email address bc it says login in failed. I did change the password recently but have not changed it since. It now says Login failed. Could an admin please PM me about recovery? Email address ends in @mapfort.com. I created this account so I could access support to see about recovery.

when I try to send an email to the @mapfort.com address I get returned undeliverable like the account was erased. I get the same message from aol.com and yahoo.com email addresses.

I only referenced my other email accounts at aol.com and yahoo.com as I tried to send an email to myself at brunooliver@mapfort.com and mailer demon returns those emails as failure to deliver.
