Email account stolen

Hello,
I've bought a Fortnite account linked to a mail on this site. I could log in to the mail before and have changed the password like 3 times. Now I suddenly can't log in here.
I've tried going for a refund scared something like that might happen but to no avail, as the seller was quite a scammer.
Can you please help me retrieve the password so I can at least have the account? Last time I tried and logged in was like Dec 26, 6 PM Europe time. I can provide more evidence if needed.

From TOS: "(...) The user may not transfer accounts, sites for the website and domains as well as subdomains to other entities for a fee. The user may transfer the website to another user registered in the service free of charge."
I suggest that you contact your bank to initiate a chargeback and report the matter to the police. We have currently blocked the service on our end.
