I would like to know how this is a phishing site. I visited their site and it seems (as shown by the banner) that they are using officially open sourced code.

lookBack They are not crediting the software therefore it is most likely trying to fool people and mislead people

Firstly you're wrong, as the first thing I noticed was their banner linking these credits and stuff (Which is how I found the links for my forum post)
Secondly I don't see how they're trying to mislead people, there's no StatusCafe branding and the styling even has differences

Really man this looks to me just like some average site using an open source codebase.

I totally agree. That would be like saying that Bluesky is impersonating Twitter/X just because it's using the same style.
