SMTP Question

Dear administrator, hello, I set up the domain mail on serv00, and I tested it on the login mail.serv00.com to work normally (send and receive emails), but when I configured it on my site, it couldn't send a reply, at first I thought it was a misconfiguration, and then I tested it on some online test STMP sending websites, and I can send emails again, and my website will prompt:
SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: ceshi@gongjua.com
SMTP server error: relay not permitted

I'm wondering why, is it because the website on serv00 can't log in to the corresponding mailbox to send emails?

There is also a question that after sending an email on other online SMTP test sites, mail.serv00.com there is no related email in the outbox above, please help me solve these two problems, thank you

Check if you are providing the correct mail server address (it is not the address you provided: mail.serv00.com) and whether you have enabled sending through authentication for the specific mailbox.

I still do not know which domain you are referring to. You might not be checking the correct selector for DKIM, assuming you have added DKIM.
