I have been a customer of your service for over six months and had no issues until recently. Today, when I tried to log in to the control panel, the server informed me that there was an error with my data, causing my account to be temporarily blocked. After trying to restore the data, my account still remains blocked. My website address is https://firstwebmail.serv00.net/, and my account ID is firstwebmail.
I have used the service for storing email accounts and have never engaged in spamming or sending unsolicited emails. I have never attempted to break any rules or exceed any limits and have exclusively used the server for storing information. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance.
