Lost access to an email I created.

I accidentally deleted an email I created but need to access it to verify it and change it to something else on an account I used it for. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but how would I go about getting the email back? Can you restore it?

You can create a mailbox yourself in the hosting account panel under 'E-mail'. The backup is located in the 'backups' directory. The mailboxes are stored in the 'mail' directory.

admin Yeah, where would I go about locating said directory? I can't find it anywhere on the site.
