I previously posted my situation and I've been waiting for a response. I've been up for the past 4 days over this. I request that the mail (JACK.DIaz@summail.ru) be blocked from this service. I bought an Epic Games account and other products that accumulated to a substantial sum of money. The seller sold me the domain (JACK.DIaz@summail.ru). I was new to this service and had the mail forwarded to another email as a means of ease of access which is now evidence. At the time I was unaware of the rules against the seller's actions and the rules about selling alone meant the mail JACK.DIaz@summail.ru should've been blocked. It was supposed to be a permanent gateway into the products I ordered. The seller instead took my money and changed the password to the email through a console I was unaware of. When I tried contacting the seller they gave me no response, and then suddenly the service I was using suspended my account. Most likely because the seller reported me after stealing my money. I contacted my bank and we are working something out right now. In the meantime, I request you block JACK.DIaz@summail.ru in order to stop the seller from doing further damage and adding traffic to the products. Here is the evidence and I can privately send the receipts if need be.
