The password is as it is in the email with the service details (for: SSH, SFTP, hosting account panel), unless you have changed it. If you are trying to log in to FTP (not to be confused with SFTP), you need to create an FTP account in the panel. Another possibility is copying spaces.

I have the same issue, I cannot login on the webmail. I have a warning at the bottom right of the screen, with the message : "La connexion a échoué.".

sebastienattal webmail is working correctly, if you still have a problem with access to your mailbox check the data: Username should be in e-mail format and password you can change if needed in DevilWEB panel: E-mail ⇝ Detauls on the chosen domain ⇝ Change password next to your mailbox address. Set a new password and check again.

Platxnums- Check the SSH keys authorized for login in the .ssh directory, update access passwords, including the one for your mailbox. Review the login logs in the control panel (FTP, SFTP/SSH, hosting account panel).
