Cannot connect to mongodb atlas

Hello, I am using mongodb php driver but when I try to connect to my remote database (Atlas) I am given this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught MongoDB\Driver\Exception\InvalidArgumentException: Failed to parse URI options: libresolv unavailable, cannot use mongodb+srv
On their Github it says this issue has been fixed in version 1.16 but it's still not working. I tried installing libresolv but I don't have the permission to install new packages.

Hello,

problem is known for many months but there is good news:
we made an update for the MongoDB driver to the latest 1.16.1 version and now it should be able to use URI with srv addresses.

For now only for PHP 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2.

Please test if everything works as expected.

Now should also work for PHP 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 - MongoDB driver was updated to version 1.16.1.
