FTP failure

I used FileZilla Pro to login the FTP in Serv00.

Host: web1.serv00.com

There is a error:
post: USER laolarou
get: 331 User laolarou OK. Password required
post: PASS ***************
get: 530 Login authentication failed
post: Error: Can't connect to the server.

I tried all the password from host panel and the confirm email.
The error ocurred again.

How can I go in the next?

laolarou Access to FTP is only possible with the credentials created for the FTP account in the hosting account panel. FTP should not be confused with SFTP (access to SFTP requires credentials matching those used for logging into the hosting account panel).
