Create a subdomain DNS pointer problem

Good morning,

I have a domain hosted by serv00, but I want to add a subdomail which should point to an external IP, How can I do that? I'm trying to create the sudomain, but when I change the A record in the DNS area, always got the message that "devil/error/dns/add/invalid_ttl" . What can I do?

I am also trying an ssh conection to try it with whell commands, but I'm unable to connect, once I wrote or copy the pasword in Putty, always I got acces denied

Please forget my last message, I was typing the wrong password (soryy), , I think I solved the problem by shell commands

admin Dear administrator, I also encountered the same problem as the original poster. No matter what I choose to create on the panel, such as A record, AAAA record, CNAME record, it will prompt devil/error/dns/add/invalid_ttl and then fail. However, using the command line in ssh can succeed. Create this should be a bug please fix it

admin I have tested it. In fact, no matter what you enter, the same error will be reported. If you use the ssh command and add it to the ssh tool, it will succeed.This is a 100% reproducible bug
