I’ve just discovered that all of my accounts have been blocked. As far as I understand, this is related to the restriction on having only one panel per user. I wasn’t aware that having multiple panels could lead to this or cause any issues.

I did have several panels (around 18), mainly because I had experienced situations in the past where panels were blocked for “spam sending” — even though I’ve never done anything like that and don’t know what triggered it. To avoid losing access to all accounts at once, I simply distributed them across different panels.

Unfortunately, I missed all recent updates because, after the earthquake in Bangkok, I had to urgently relocate to another country. That entire process took a lot of time and energy, and only now have I realized that everything I’ve worked on has become inaccessible.

Could you please temporarily restore access to my accounts for just 3 days? I need that time to move them to different email domains and bring everything into compliance with your current requirements.

I’ve always used and truly appreciated your service, and I genuinely hope we can resolve this.

If, in any way, the number of panels I had caused harm to your platform — I’m willing to compensate for it. Just let me know what amount would cover the inconvenience, and I’ll pay it.
Honestly, I didn’t think that my panels with a relatively small number of accounts (around 100+ on each) could cause any harm to your system.
