I’m reaching out because I’ve been locked out of my account (Email:tyu.yt@poczta.fm ), and I got the following message:

I’m not sure what triggered the block. If it was because I used a VPN or proxy, I can turn that off. If there’s another reason, could you let me know?

Looking over my recent activity, I can confirm that I haven't been running any heavy processes or performing any high-load network operations on the shared server. Additionally, I haven’t violated any terms of the Serv00 user agreement. I only have this one account and email, and I’ve always followed the guidelines for using the free service.
I fully understand and support Serv00’s mission to provide a stable and reliable hosting environment through free virtual hosting services, which is exactly what Serv00 has always stood for. I also appreciate the need to prevent misuse of the free services. However, I believe my account might have been mistakenly flagged during the recent cleanup. Thanks Admin for your reply. My account was just blocked due to “proxy, random binaries names, multiple accounts”.

If it is proxy, I can completely reset whole system and turn off the proxy. I have access to internet and actually the “proxy” here is just for testing and learning purposes.

If it is other reason please let me know. The account is important for me. Would appreciate if you can help to unblock the account.
