My account was blocked, with the stated reason being some violation of the "TOS," but it didn't specify which violation. All I had done up to that point was provide a page where users could consult the man page for Unix systems. I never used the space to distribute or store any illegal material. Therefore, I'm confused about this block.

I would like some clarification on this matter and for this block to be reversed. I am fully aware that I did nothing wrong.

I have carefully re-read the Terms of Service. I want to clarify that I have not used any malicious or resource-exhausting forbidden software (such as network attack tools, warez, p2p, or mining scripts). I suspect the automated system flagged my account because I was running frps for personal testing. I sincerely apologize for this unintentional oversight. I mistakenly believed that the ToS prohibition on "Proxy software" and "Tunneling software" only referred to full-fledged VPN clients like Sing-box, and I was unaware that reverse proxy tools like frps were also strictly prohibited.
Since my account is currently blocked, I am unable to log in via SSH to manually delete the files. However, I understand that the system has already automatically terminated the frps process. I solemnly promise that the moment my account access is restored, my very first action will be to completely delete frps and all related files. I guarantee that I will never use it or any similar proxy/tunneling software on this account again.
There is a critical reason I am pleading for your help: My account contains a very important database that holds my core project assets. Due to Serv00's security policies restricting external access to databases, I was unable to back it up externally in time. I take full responsibility for not utilizing the internal backup methods properly before this happened.
I kindly beg for your mercy: Could you please temporarily unblock my account so I can export and secure my database? Alternatively, if possible, I would be eternally grateful if you could help me export the database files and send them to me.
