How jo start Jsp page

I am asking for help. I'm learning how to use Tomcat. I would like to run a simple JSP example, which doesn't even have SQL. On this site I realized that I can run java sites. It is not possible to select java at the start.
I followed the instructions, installed and started TomCat. I get the message: Tomcat started.
How can I start the example site located in the ROOT folder.
So my site is still of the php type, and the initial php file is launched. https://branko1979.serv00.net/
I also tried changing the ports as given in the documentation. Maybe the tomcat works, but I don't start it the right way. The current port is 8091.

You have not added a proxy type site, there is about it on the help page of https://docs.serv00.com/Tomcat/
"For the server to be available on port 80/443 you need to create a proxy domain with the destination address localhost and the same destination port as entered in Connector port."
