My account ahmedpro23 has been blocked and I receive the message:
"Account blocked: tos bot"
I did not receive any email explaining the reason for the block. I mainly used the account for FTP/SFTP file uploads.
Could you please tell me:
- Why was the account blocked?
- Is the block temporary or permanent?
- Is there any way to restore the account?
