I am writing to respectfully request the review and unblocking of my account: mh234 . My website, examtrails.com, currently shows a 403 error due to a "ToS violation: VPN/proxy/tunneling" block.
I would like to clarify that I have not been using any VPN, proxy, or tunneling software on your servers. I am an independent developer building an educational platform for competitive exams.
Last night, I was using the Official MongoDB extension in VS Code and its Playgrounds feature to update my database schema and add a new collection. I believe your automated security system may have flagged this persistent database connection from my local development machine as "tunneling."
I was strictly using this for database management and local development testing, not for rerouting traffic or hiding my IP.
I value the high-performance hosting Serv00 provides and I am happy to adjust my development workflow (such as disabling remote DB access) if it triggered your firewall. Could you please investigate this and restore my access so I can continue my work?
