memory overflow

Hello Support Team,while testing a Node.js application, I accidentally caused a severe memory overflow and hit the process limit (21/20). Currently, my RAM usage is stuck at 1.6GB (300%+), and my account is locked. I cannot log in via SSH or stop the processes through the panel.

Could you please forcefully kill all active processes under my account to reset the resource usage? I will optimize my code and limit the processes before restarting the service.

Previously, while testing a Node.js application, I accidentally caused a severe memory overflow, reaching the process limit. I tried to delete the application but couldn't completely remove it. Is this the reason my account is currently blocked? If so, please delete all my content and restore my account. I'm currently just a beginner, experimenting with various codes and technologies, mostly with AI assistance. I sincerely apologize if this violates any relevant rules;
