base64_encode() (in eval) has been disabled for security reasons

I get the error:
Fatal error: base64_encode() (in eval) has been disabled for security reasons in /usr/home/mocha/domains/legacy.yappers.social/public_html/system/Theme/Theme.php(891) : eval()'d code on line 8211.
Is there any way to fix this or enable the function? Thanks.

WWW Websites → Manage → Details → Allow PHP eval() function → On → Save Changes

I already tried this yesterday and oddly enough it did not fix it however this time it did fix the error. Thank you.
