hi, as per the thread title, i had my account blocked here for not using it for a long time ("Account blocked: Unused account - no content").
the account name was the same as my forum username; unsure what email i used, can't find the registration email anywhere i have access to anymore...
now, i wanted to confirm if it also got deleted as a result - and registering another one would be advised - or did it 'just' get blocked - and i should try having it unblocked inside this thread: https://forum.serv00.com/d/5-unblock-account-here
asking because TOS@https://www.serv00.com/terms-of-service/ on the one hand says
"A user account that has not been properly logged in by the DevilWEB or SSH panel for a period of 90 days will be automatically removed from the system without the possibility of recovering the data collected on that account."
but on the other
"It is forbidden to have more than one account."
the message i am getting during login suggests the account was not deleted yet ('just' suspended), and i do not want to get banned for having multiple accounts!
