My account has been blocked with the reason: “Account blocked: SPAM”.
I believe this may be a mistake.

Login: suiyuan
SSH/SFTP server: s5.serv00.com
I only used email for:
1.Sending database backup notifications to myself.
2.Sending registration/activation emails for users of my website.
I have never sent spam. These were just normal functions needed for my site.
I am not sure if such usage is against your rules.
If these kinds of emails are not allowed, I can try other solutions.
Could you please review my account and consider unlocking it?
