Hello Serv00 Team,
I’ve noticed that my account is limited to only 3 PHP-FPM (FastCGI) workers, even though my process quota allows up to 20. This causes requests to queue up and slow down when multiple visitors or scripts run at once.
From the Serv00 documentation (https://docs.serv00.com/CGI/), I understand that FastCGI sockets can use the -F option to control workers, and that multiple sockets are possible. However, it seems my account is capped at 3 workers regardless of available process slots.
Could you please:
- Confirm whether the 3-worker cap is a hard limit on free accounts?
- If possible, increase the PHP-FPM worker limit for my account so it can better utilize the available 20 processes.
- Alternatively, let me know if upgrading to a premium plan (hostUNO) is required for higher FastCGI worker counts.
