I would like to request a complete reset of my hosting account:

Due to some mistakes, I have deleted important files and system folders from my account, including the file manager and internal configuration files. Now, nothing is working properly — not even index.html.
I kindly request you to please delete everything from my account and make it fresh like a brand new account – just like it was at the time of creation. I do not need any restore or backup, just a clean start.
