My BoxxSmash account on server s1.serv00.com has exceeded the process limit, which is why I can't connect via SSH (error "shell request failed on channel 0"). Please delete the current processes to restore access.
Also, please tell me how I can manually stop the processes myself to avoid such situations in the future.
