Unable to connect some websites

I wrote a robot in Python that regularly sends weather information,
But I've been reporting errors lately:

As you can verify on your own, among other methods, through the 'mtr' command, the target network is blocking the outgoing IP of server s1.

It seems like the main IP (default outgoing) is blocked by the destination.
You can use alternative addresses that you can find by using devil vhost list command on SSH.

$ curl --interface 213.189.54.126 chat-go.jwzhd.com
404 page not found
$ curl --interface 31.186.83.254 chat-go.jwzhd.com
404 page not found
$ curl --interface 85.232.241.109 chat-go.jwzhd.com
curl: (28) Failed to connect to chat-go.jwzhd.com port 80 after 75055 ms: Couldn't connect to server

Or you can contact chat-go.jwzhd.com page administrator and ask for a block reason.
