accessing serv00.com services (ftp, email , mysql, etc.) with my own domain

I was wondering how can I use my own domain address to access different services of serv00.com.
For example to access "s2.serv00.com" for an ftp connection I want to use "ftp.example.com" and for email and mysql ... like mail.example.com, mysql.example.com and so forth.

mhmdghfr Yes, you can use your own domain for non-ssl connections (and ssl connections with confirmed exception in clients). Just add A record with value of sX.serv00.com.

I tried a "ftp" record name with a CNAME type targeted to s2.serv00.com and it is working.
But when I do the same for "mail" record name with a CNAME type targeted to mail.serv00.com in order to show the webmail client it results to an error page:

Unknown domain
The domain doesn't exist on our system or is not configured properly.

When I use nslookup the resulting IP for my mail.example.com shows the IP of my Cloudflare.
For the ftp I have set it in my Cloudflare as a DNS only proxy.
For the mail I have set it as "Proxied" but it is not working and shows the above error page.

mhmdghfr if you want to use subdomain as a website or webmail you need to add it to your pages first: https://docs.serv00.com/WWW/ (for webmail choose roundcube pointer).
