Can I move my data from free server to UNO?

Hi,
I used the panel14 as free account, the service is good for me. I'm thinking to buy the UNO. Is it possible to transform all data to UNO server? I've setup wordpress wesite in the s14. And that account has been blocked for ToS violation.

Website Details

A list of websites to be transferred.
The CMS (e.g., WordPress, Prestashop) and versions used on each site.
The PHP version your sites use.
The MySQL database version (or details about other databases if used).
The total disk space used by your website files and databases.
But honestly, I really forgot these details. is it possible temporarily unbann my account? so taht I can get these informations.
