Dear serv00 Administrator,
Hello!
I am currently using the free hosting service provided by serv00, and I have read and understood your Terms of Service, which explicitly prohibit the same person from registering and using multiple accounts.
To facilitate the deployment and updates of my personal website project, I have hosted the website's source code on GitHub. I plan to automatically perform the following actions using a GitHub Actions workflow every time I commit code to the GitHub repository:
Log in to my serv00 hosting via SSH.
Execute a predefined script to synchronize the latest code from GitHub to my website server.
I understand that your company may identify and determine whether a user has multiple accounts based on IP addresses. I am concerned that the IP address used by the GitHub Actions workflow when making the SSH connection might be mistakenly identified by your system as another account related to my account, thus violating the "one account per person" rule.
Therefore, I would like to inquire:
Will the IP address used by the GitHub Actions workflow when connecting to my serv00 hosting be considered a violation of your company's multiple account policy?
If there is such a risk, are there any other recommended automated deployment solutions that comply with your company's Terms of Service and can help me achieve automatic code synchronization and updates?
Thank you for your answers and assistance!
Sincerely,
Racpast
