How can I reset my account system? I accidentally deleted some files in the File Manager, which has caused issues with connecting to SSH and errors to appear.

You can copy files from /usr/share/skel - they are used to create the account (e.g. /usr/share/skel/dot.cshrc is your default ~/.cshrc file).

If you have a problem with File Manager, you can try to delete ~/.pydio (hidden directory) from SSH or SFTP.
