You can register the domain with any domain registrar. In order to create a directory for the site (in the domains directory) you must add the site in "WWW websites" in the hosting account panel. It will also automatically create a dns zone.
At the registrar, point to our dns servers:
dns1.serv00.com
dns2.serv00.com
